Our solutions under rails or bridges allow for easy movement of loads along the X/Y directions. Z-axis lifting assistance is provided by the ELS™ electronic balancer. The operator controls the lifting and lowering by gripping the sensitive Zii™ control handle, and the load naturally follows the operator’s hand upwards or downwards (no buttons need to be pressed to initiate Z-axis movements). Capable of handling loads from 0 to 300kg, it ensures simple and effortless handling. The system covers a large area. Its installation can be done either under your framework or on a supporting structure. In both cases, it avoids cluttering the work area.

ZE’Solution Zii Control Handle:
The sensitive Zii™ control handle operates the ELS™ balancer. It transforms the vertical movements of your hand into electronic command signals, allowing the load to rise or fall. The effort required by the operator to vertically move a load is less than 20 grams. The system is intuitive and naturally follows the movements of the hand, acting as an extension of your arm.
The ELS™ balancer, combined with the Zii control handle, automatically adjusts in case of weight changes. Its integrated intelligence allows it to manage all safety features and actuators.
Depending on your pick-up and drop-off heights, we adjust the size of the sensitive bar, ensuring the operator always finds a correct posture.
