Our solutions with articulated aluminum arms allow you to move loads effortlessly in the X/Y directions. The Z-axis lifting assistance is provided by the ELS™ electronic balancer. The operator controls the upward and downward movement by gripping the sensitive Zii™ control handle, and the load naturally follows the operator’s hand up or down (no buttons need to be pressed to initiate Z-axis movements). Capable of handling loads from 0 to 300kg, it ensures simple and effort-free handling. Its ball bearing joints provide remarkable precision, while the use of high-quality metals like aluminum ensures both robustness and lightweight design.

ZE’Solution Zii Control Handle:
The sensitive Zii™ control handle operates the ELS™ balancer. It converts the vertical movements of your hand into electronic command signals, enabling lifting or lowering. The effort required by the operator to vertically move a load is less than 20 grams. The system is intuitive and naturally follows the hand’s movements, acting as an extension of your arm.
The ELS™ balancer, combined with the Zii control handle, automatically adapts in case of weight changes. Its integrated intelligence manages all safety features and actuators to be controlled. Depending on your pick-up and drop-off heights, we adjust the size of the sensitive bar, ensuring the operator always finds a correct posture.
